Workman’s compensation topics include 2014 case law updates, such as coming changes, compensable consequences, ways to discuss psychiatric injuries and independent medical reviews, disciplinary proceedings and the proper way to treat clients to avoid the disciplinary hearing. Learn the likes and dislikes in reference to workers’ compensation cases, medical-legal reform under SB 863, psychiatric disability in light of SB 863, tricks and trends in ratings and independent medical reviews.
