Earning your MCLE Credits from Versatape can be as easy as 1 - 2 - 3

Order your MCLE Audio Program(s)

MP3 orders can be downloaded in minutes

CD orders will be shipped and should be received in 2-5 business days

Listen to your Audio Program(s)

Self-Study - Fill out the necessary information on a self-study log. That information includes program title, who the approved provider is (listed on CD label), amount of credit offered, and whether the program includes subfield credit.

Participatory - Have your assigned proctor fill out the enclosed required participatory documents. Upon completion of the program forward the completed participatory documents to VersaTape. VersaTape will complete and return to you certificates of compliance for every completed participatory program. The additional charge for the participatory program applies to each attorney who uses it, to cover the record keeping.  For each hour that is used by each attorney, there is the $5.00 charge.

Keep a Record

Keep participatory certificates of completion in an MCLE Compliance folder. Also, keep your filled out self-study log in the same MCLE Compliance folder. (Do not send this documentation to the State Bar unless they request the information from you.)
