Versatape has more than 30 years of experience delivering legal education in an audio format. Our estate planning CLE programs are sponsored by State Bar of California approved MCLE Providers. Audio programs focusing on trusts and estates, as well as other areas of the law, are excellent ways for attorneys to earn MCLE credit when and where it’s most convenient for them. All of our audio programs listed offer self-study credit and most offer participatory MCLE credit.

For the new practitioner, we offer Probate law CLE programs on the nuts and bolts of estate planning. Topics include:

• Estate planning, in regard to Intellectual property assets, death and tax crimes ─ a focus on business law issues that estate planners and probate attorneys should spot.

Attorneys are able to earn estate planning law CLE credit by purchasing and utilizing these audio programs from approved by MCLE Providers.
